How to use this

  • What it builds

Self-control: on opposite day the quick answer (the picture you see) is the wrong one, so your child practises holding it back. No reading is needed.

  • Ready when

A child who knows a few everyday pictures such as the sun, the moon, a smile and a frown. No reading is needed.

  • How to run it

A grown-up sets the child's age once; the game starts at a suitable level. Ask before each tap: what does the card want you to tap today? Let them point first. Afterwards ask whether it was hard not to tap the sun, and what helped them wait.
