Everything is urgent. Everyone is late.

Tick-Tock is convinced, at all times, that somebody is running behind. He announces everything at full volume the moment it happens, whether or not anyone asked, and he has never in his life whispered. He is often wrong about the emergency and always right that something is about to come out of the oven.
