The one who says let's, and means all of us.

Mia runs the Magical Bakery with her grandpa, which mostly means she is the one who decides what everyone does next. She is clear, warm and quick, and when something goes wrong she names the fix out loud so nobody is left guessing. Her only real flaw is speed — she sometimes starts before she has finished listening, and has to come back and listen properly.
